CLAIMING
- Upon claiming items, you will be given 2 days to fulfill your payment unless stated otherwise

DELIVERY

- Please record an (unedited) unboxing video upon opening the parcel. Make sure the waybill is shown in the beginning. This is just for proofs only in case the parcel has issues. No need to send the video if there are no issues- Erase/tamper/cut/shred the waybill to protect both our information
